Haiku Poem #6

This last poem was about what a rose can represent

Red of confession
Yellow flower regection
White flower is love

Birch oak ash mesquite
Wood is controlled by fire
Fire destroys at will

Blue green gray yellow
What's in a beautiful world
At least what's in front

Sun blinds my soft eyes
Look only toward the green earth
Look up at nighttime

Have you ever seen a plastic bag field before?




Spoon, bottle, can, rock

its a grassy area

Also plastic trash


Haiku Poem #1

I wanted to post some Haiku poems I made for class a while ago, so its about six diffrent postings I'll make for each one. Please enjoy :D


There is a saying in Japan that "the dead lay under the cherry blossoms" or something akin to that. I think the contrast of light and dark thought here is stark.


The sun feels so warm
Lie under cherry blossoms
Think of the dead here
